That's me in the air; just before the spins.....
After the walk Leah and I relaxed in Pokhara, enjoying the sun, checking out the surroundings on the bike and Leah even managed a tandem paraglide. The night before was the dinner with our guide/porter Manoj who enjoyed his favourite pizza in a local restaurant followed by a few drunken games of snooker with some of his mates and us. We both felt a little delicate the next day, so perfect timing for Leah to jump off a cliff with a parachute on her back. Lots of screaming and shouting as her instructor performed some spins and flips near the landing site, followed by a textbook landing. Leah did not look so great about 5 mins. after landing when the hangover and spinning in the air caught up with her and the rest of the day was spent drinking tea and not moving around too much. The family of the place we stayed were really friendly and washed all our clothes after the trek, they were very kind and I know what our stuff smelt like.
